A Sequel To Zero Escape: Virtue's Last Reward Is In The Works

In a fast-paced world, not everyone wants to spend countless hours on games that require patience, a keen sense of observation, and a hefty dose of grey matter. Adventure games, known mostly for their engrossing story and methodical gameplay, sit on the undesirable shelf of your local game shop for this very reason alone.
999: Nine Hours, Nine Persons, Nine Doors, however, proved that there is in fact a market for these types of games as long as you manage to entice your audience with a cleaver story and imaginative puzzles.
The game was successful enough to warrant a sequel that received high praise from critics and players alike.
Series director Kotaro Uchikoshi-san is now teasing fans with the prospect of a third entry in the series.
He has also confirmed that cameos from previous titles will make an appearance. If you have never played the first two games, now is the perfect time.
