Pokémon Mystery Dungeon Opens The Gates To Infinity

In a not so unexpected move, Nintendo has announced that the next Pokémon Mystery Dungeon title, dubbed Gates To Infinity, will be released in NA on March 24th, 2013 exclusive for the 3DS. A European release date has not been confirmed, but I really do not see how this will be passed up in PAL territories.

Fragments Of Hearts

There is so much pessimism in the world that it has simply become unbearable. It seems that negative thoughts permeate our everyday life with little hope of change. Baseless rumours, ridiculous assumptions, and shock-inducing news are just some of the detrimental aspects that we allow in our lives.
Days like these should be spent thinking about loved ones and what we can do to be there for them, and they should be spent caring for those in need and doing whatever possible to make this world of ours a better place.
Oliver, a thirteen-year-old resident of Motorville and main protagonist of the upcoming Ni No Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch, is filled with so much hope and love that he is willing to traverse a strange and magical land just so he can save his mother. Ni No Kuni is truly a dream-like experience that will make anyone forget all about the daily worries. Americans and Europeans alike will be able to set aside their apprehensions, if only for a short while, with a game that brings back happy childhood memories and reminds us what life is truly about.
Ni No Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch  is a PS3 title that will be released on January 22nd in NA and on January 25th in EU.
A demo is currently available on PSN, so make sure to download it.

Some People Want To See Humanity Thrive, While Others Want to See It Destroyed

Peter Molyneux does not just want to see humanity simply thrive; he wants to see you, the player, take charge and lead your glorious people to cultural and spiritual supremacy as a Godus.
Godus is actually the second project from developer 22cans; their first app was curiosity, an app that has to be played in order to be believed.
Taking plenty of inspiration from Populous, Godus aims to create an interconnected world where players will be able to create and advance a civilisation by taking it to its zenith. As a multiplayer game, players will also be able to interact with each other whether it is via diplomacy or conflict.
Peter Molyneux has received a lot of negative criticism over the years, but Godus might just be his way of approaching the scrutiny. Godus also represents a return to roots for Peter Molyneux.
The kickstarter campaign is in its final hours, so make sure to at least give is a look.

I really do not think there is anything more to say, so I will just let you enjoy this blood-pumping trailer:

Danganronpa Hi-Res Wallpapers

Mono Bear Will Soon Invade The Silver Screen

Danganronpa seems to be the it thing right now, and I am willing to bet my Kibougamine Academy ID card that the sadistic Mono Bear is behind all of this. After pulling the strings in a couple of successful PSP and smartphone games, the time has now come for Mono Bear to make his debut on the silver screen. The success of another Ursidae mammal has prompted Mono Bear to hire the very staff that was involved in the making of Persona 4: The Animation. Of course, by hire, I mean that the staff was locked away in a dingy room and forced into continuous labour.
If the staff survives the Battle Royale trial, the television anime adaptation of Danganronpa should be aired sometime next year. Pray they make it!

PSP Galore: Danganronpa and Super Danganronpa 2 Are The Next Japan-Only Titles To Receive Fan Translations

Displeased with how poorly most Western companies have been treating the PSP, fans have taken upon themselves to translate various games that might have never had a chance to see the day of light outside of Japan. After the announcement that Valkyria Chronicles 3 would be receiving an unofficial translation, it is now time for yet another Japanese exclusive game to bask in the light of fandom. This new title happens to be Danganronpa: Hope’s Academy and Despair’s Students, a mystery adventure game released for the PSP, iOS, and android by Spike Chunsoft. You play as Makoto Naegi, a student who has just enrolled into a private school in modern-day Japan known as Kibougamine Academy. His soon discovers that he is in fact a prisoner for life at the Academy and that the only way of escaping is by playing a ghastly game of cat and mouse. Presiding over this sordid amusement is none other that the principal of Kibougamine Academy, the ultra psychotic Mono Bear.
The dedicated fans in charge of this surreal localisation also plan on releasing an English script for Super Danganronpa 2: Farewell School of Despair, a sequel in which the masochistic Mono Bear brings his students to Jabberwock Island for yet another hideous game of who done it.
A demo of Danganronpa can be accessed right here. Just make sure to read and follow the instructions beforehand.
